We're sorry to see you go, and before you do you should know that if you conquer every sport listed on our website www.xtremesocal.com, we will give you a complete refund of the $99.95., and feature you on the Xtreme So Cal website as a conquered member, so we really hope you’ll reconsider and conquer the sports on the site. 

We do understand though if you gotta go, you gotta go. 
So if you still want to cancel just follow the two cancellation steps listed here and let us help you cancel.

Please complete Step 1 by filling out the cancellation request form listed below. In order for us to help you, and generate a cancellation of the Xtreme So Cal limited promotion you purchased , we will need to know who you are. 
Completing the Cancellation Request Form completes Step 1 of our cancellation. Step 1 does not complete the cancellation it just initiates your cancellation request and helps us sometimes avoid billing you in the first place.

This is a limited promotion ,and you have three days from the purchase date on your contract agreement to request a cancellation of this purchase. The form below must be submitted within this time frame for any cancellations to be honored, or considered. 
The date of the sale will be on your copy of the contract agreement. The agent who sold you this promotions name will also be on your copy of the contract agreement. . 
Once we receive your submitted request ( Step 1) you will get a confirmation email from our billing team. 


There are just two steps to cancel, you can complete both in one day, or take your time. 


Step 2 Return the merchandise, you have two weeks to complete this step. 

1) Please return the unused promotions with your active X-Codes . 

2) Include a letter identifying who you are. Include the same information that is in Step 1. The more information we have to identify you really helps us to expedite your cancellation completion, and refund you if you were billed. Please be sure to sign this letter. 
3) A cancellation fee of $30.00 is required to complete this cancellation. This fee must be in the form of a money order, and made out to Xtreme So Cal, on your cancellation money order please note the word cancellation. 
Your cancellation package needs to be sent to the address listed below, and must have all three items to be complete. If one or more items are missing then your cancellation will be incomplete, and the original agreement will be processed automaticly. 
You have two weeks to complete Step 2.We can not issue a refund until Step 2 is complete.
