Please return the unused promotions along with your cancellation letter explaining why you need to cancel, a cancellation fee of $30.00 is required in order to complete your cancellation. This fee must be in the form of a money order, and made out to Xtreme So Cal. on your cancellation money order please note the word cancellation.
Your cancellation package needs to be sent to the following address and must have all three items to be complete and honored. You have an additional week to complete Step 2.

Your cancellation letter should have the following information .
Please include your contact information so we can locate you in our system. Your first and last name, the name of your sales agent, a brief explanation as to why you are canceling ,the date of your purchase, your phone number with area code, and note the code N/C for never charged or A/B for already billed if you were billed, and D/C if your credit card has declined or was invalid.
If given a code from one of our Xtreme team members please include that code, such as WF or UA. This will help our billing department locate your paper work and expedite a reverse of any fees you may have been billed previously. Once we receive all three items from you, your purchase of the Xtreme So Cal promotion will be canceled and void, closing out your open account with Xtreme So Cal. ,and deactivating your X-Codes. A complete cancellation is the only way to avoid being billed in the future. Step 1 does not complete your cancellation. Step 2 does. Once complete no future charges will take place. Accounts that are left with an open balance and an incomplete cancellation will eventually be sent to collections. If you do not complete Step 2 your cancellation will be incomplete, and you will be responsible for the balance owed according to the contract agreement you originally authorized.
